I bought a starter electric guitar recently. Im a complete novice. I tried several other apps to tune my guitar and they just confused me. With this app, I set the iPod by my amp and picked a string. The app showed me how close the string was to in-tune. I had my guitar in tune in about 6 minutes! If youre a total noob, this is the easiest app Ive found.

A good free tuner if you dont know how to tune by ear.

Many "tuners" out there simply play a note where one has to match by ear. This one analysis for you. It tells you if your sharp or flat, and when dead on will highlight in green...easy enough! Grab it!

Im a starter and this is a well designed app. Nice & big easy to see.

Best tuner app by far

Every time I want to use this app it freezes my Iphone so badly that I have to reset my phone. Worst app ever. I want my money back!!!!!!

Couldnt use it. Ive never seen my iPod locked up so badly before. Even shutting and restart seemed unusual. Im not opening that app again. Im deleting it.

Good app, easy to use, would love if it could transpose into b flat or e flat, possibly with display in Concert pitch in the corner.

This app hadnt had a update in years. Now when launching Apple warns the app will slow your phone down and that the developer reluctantly not provided any updates.

App said .99 and I got charged $1.99.

Need a hard reset to make the phone usable.

The iPhone mic doesnt lend well to tuning a guitar, so this is about as good as one could expect. I wouldnt use it as a primary tuner, but in a pinch it will get the job done. Overall, having a tuner on my phone is great. I appreciate the new ukulele option too.

This was working fine until today… when it started crashing my phone every time I opened it. What gives? Please update.

Works like charm. Its very accurate and i used it to tune my bass. Its worth every penny
